In 2009, Mammalfish took a deep dive into mobile development, and specifically, children's apps. We vowed we wouldn’t launch projects into the marketplace without properly testing them with actual users…enter LittleFish!
Our methodology utilizes a blend of quantitative and qualitative techniques focused on providing clients with actionable data. With web-based surveys as well as cutting edge eye-tracking software and high-definition video for personal qualitative exit interviews, LittleFish delivers information to clients about where the users are looking, what they’re doing on screen and how they feel about the experience.
The LittleFish vision for usability differs from the typical usability firm’s sterile, two-way glass environment. We endeavor to create a fun and relaxing place where kids feel totally at home and are free to give their opinions. We like to describe our testing environment as having feel of a “best friend’s family room.”
